The State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) will offload 12.29
million shares or a 58.6 per cent stake in the Multi Modal Transport
Holding Company or Vietransimex.
The Finance Ministry is drafting a circular regulating the sale of the
entire or more than 50 per cent of on-auction shares of State-owned
enterprises (SOEs) to a single investor.
